Refund Policy

All sales for classes, one-on-ones, duos, small groups, workshops, events and teacher trainings are final – no refunds or exchanges.


Membership Policies: Cancellation, Changes & Freezes

What You Need to KnowNeed to make a change to your membership? No problem — just give us a little heads-up!
We require 7 days' written notice via email for any membership changes, freezes, or cancellations. No exceptions, please.To request a change, start a new membership, or cancel your current one, simply email us at info@x-tremepilates.com at least 7 days before your next scheduled autopay date.

Important Notes:A $25 admin fee applies to any membership cancellations, suspensions, or changes made before your 1-year contract is complete.
We do not offer rollovers, refunds, or extensions on memberships.
Need a break? You can freeze your membership for one full month per calendar year for $25. Just email us 7 days before your next payment date.

Please note: We are unable to freeze partial months.

We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help you stay on track with your practice!


Class Cancellation Policy

We have a firm 12-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes and a 24-hour policy for Private Sessions. These policies ensure we can fairly compensate our instructors and keep operations running smoothly. No exceptions — including for medical reasons.

Group Classes: Cancel online at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your class. Late cancels (under 12 hours) will result in the class being deducted.No-shows will incur a $35 fee (your class will not be deducted).Always cancel online—even if it’s late—to help open your spot for others and avoid the fee.

Private Sessions (including Duets):Require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. All sessions are charged at the time of service; a credit card is required to book.Late cancels or no-shows will be charged to your card or deducted from your package.Important: All cancellations must be made through the Mindbody App or online.

*We are unable to process cancellations via email, phone, or text due to limited staff capacity.


Grip Socks Policy

Non-slip grip socks are required for the safety and hygiene of our clients and staff. If you arrive without grip socks, we offer a great selection for purchase at the studio for $20.


Child Policy

Teens aged 16 and over are welcome to attend group classes after their parent or legal guardian has signed our liability waiver. We cannot accommodate teens or children under 16 in group classes, but are happy to set up private sessions for your younger teen or child with parental consent. We must also ask you not to bring your little ones to the studio when you come to class or a private session. This is for their safety and to ensure safe, fun workouts for all by minimizing distractions for both staff and clients.


Latecomer Policy

For your own safety and well-being, please arrive for your class on time. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after the start of your class/workshop, you will not be let in. This is to ensure that you get a proper warmup and to minimize disruptions. Doors will open 10 minutes before the class start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, please wait outside or in your car until the previous class has wrapped up.


Waitlist Policy

Our small group Pilates Machine classes have 4 waitlist spots available. Adding yourself to the waitlist is a great way to grab a spot when the class is full — but please read carefully: ✔️ How It Works: If a spot opens more than 12 hours before class, you will be automatically added and sent a confirmation email. Important: Do not rely solely on email notifications — tech glitches happen. Always log in to check your schedule and confirm your status. ❗ Your Responsibility: If you are added to class and can no longer attend, you must cancel according to our 12-hour cancellation policy to avoid a Late Cancel or No Show fee. If you place yourself on the waitlist for multiple classes in a day or for more than your package allows, you are responsible for any fees or extra class charges if you’re bumped into multiple classes. This system is designed to be fair and flexible — and your attention helps us keep it that way for everyone!


Scent Policy

We strive to maintain a chemical-fragrance-free environment because many students in our community have allergies and sensitivities to strong scents. Please avoid perfumes, colognes, fragranced laundry soap, and fragranced hair and body products when you come to the studio. Please also come free of body odor or smoke odor. This helps us to maintain an environment where everyone can feel comfortable.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our website, book classes, purchase memberships, or use services related to pilates offerings.

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing details provided during registration or purchase.

  • Class & Membership Information: Class attendance, booking history, and membership plan details.

3. Mobile Information & Text Messaging Compliance

When you opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number exclusively to send reminders, class notifications, schedule updates, and service-related communications.

Required Compliance Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Data Handling

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services who deliver the messages on our behalf.


4. How We Handle Your Information

Your personal information may be accessed only by authorized staff or subcontractors who require the information to support essential operations such as customer service, scheduling, or payment processing.

We do not distribute personal data for unrelated uses.
