GROUP CLASSES
FullBody
Our 50-minute XTP classes are led by our highly experienced Pilates teachers. The instruction will be nuanced and the movement will be functional, intentional and challenging for the whole body. You will be using X-former and may also sprinkle in other pieces of equipment, such as the ball, weights, Magic Circle, and jump -board.
Prior experience required for Fullbody group classes
If you are new to Pilates and XTP, you must take a Fundamental class before moving to FullBody

Fundamentals
The Fundamentals class provides a slower paced full body workout that focuses on form and alignment. Great for those new to the Pilates practice or those who wish to deepen their existing practice.

Uplevel
Get ready for XTP Uplevel, a fast paced athletic reformer class that will push your practice and your cardio to the next level. You'll alternate between sets of advanced exercises on the reformer, and sets of body weight cardio work using your reformer box on the ground. Then we will finish class off with some stretching, because your muscles will need it!
*This is strength training. Please have a great knowledge of how to push yourself safely. At least 6 months Pilates practice required.

Mat
Welcome to LUXE mat group classes! You will dive into a mindful Pilates Mat practice. Expect a thoughtful sequence of repertoire that will challenge your whole body with the intention of developing mindful movement patterns that will directly affect how you move through your life. Sprinkled often, with props — such as blocks, Coreageous ball, magic circle — to enhance this intentional practice.
