Founding Story

Janine Glass didn't just step into the world of Pilates; she transformed XTP. As the owner and driving vision behind XTP studios, Janine spent over a decade teaching in various studios, refining her craft and observing the nuances of how movement truly impacts the human Spirit. She saw a need for a space that transcended the "workout" and moved toward a philosophy of genuine restoration.

After over ten years of educating the community and building a reputation for excellence, Janine built her dream: XTP by LUXE. This was more than just a second location; it was the manifestation of a decade’s worth of insights. LUXE was designed to be a high-integrity sanctuary, featuring custom-engineered X-Former and a hand-picked team of the most aligned, integral teachers in the industry.

Janine’s vision is simple yet profound: to be the most trusted Pilates studio in the community. At XTP Studios, we believe that movement is the ultimate medicine. We aren't just here to help you build strength; we are here to ensure you leave every session feeling more alive, grounded, and free than when you walked in.
Since 2012, our studios have become a destination for functional strength and chronic pain relief. By combining Janine’s "Movement as Medicine" philosophy with an atmosphere of quiet luxury, we provide an experience that honors your body at every stage of life.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted Pilates studio—a place where intentional movement builds strength and lasting freedom. We believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and at ease in their body.

Our Mission

Build strength, reduce stress, and liberate yourself from the chronic pain cycle with a functional movement practice that you actually ENJOY.

  • Mandie Burrows

    Pilates Teacher

I made the conscious choice to trade my desk for the reformer, fueled by a deep-seated belief that our bodies are our most sacred homes—intricately designed on purpose, and for a purpose. As a self-proclaimed ‘old soul’ who wears my heart on my sleeve, I bring that same sincerity and warmth to every session. When I’m not at the studio, I’m embracing my newest role as a wife, creating a home of my own, and finding joy in the slow things: long walks, a competitive card game, or mastering a new recipe in the kitchen for the people I love.

  • Sid Traina

    Pilates Teacher

Sid Traina found her desire for growth and healing in her early teens. She began her movement journey through various fitness forms, such as horseback riding, Yoga, and CrossFit training. At age 21, Sid became a certified yoga teacher and healer through The Power of Love School by Adriana Rizzolo. After being diagnosed with Hypermobility disorder at age 26, Sid turned to Pilates to strengthen and heal her body. Sid completed a 500+ hour comprehensive teacher training under Megan Benedetto and Danielle Pearre and began to pursue her passion for helping others grow physically, mentally, and spiritually through movement. With a background in mental health and healing, Sid hopes to offer a practice that empowers you by playfully exploring the mind and body connection!

  • Kiley Fisher

    Pilates Teacher

For me, Pilates isn't just a workout—it’s home. It first sparked my curiosity during my years of dance training, and it’s the practice I’ve always returned to for strength and clarity. I love that Pilates meets you exactly where you are; whether you need a grounding, rehabilitative flow or a high-energy, athletic challenge, my goal is for you to walk out feeling infinitely better than when you walked in. My style is thoughtfully intense and rooted in the breath, designed to give you a truly holistic, "feel-good" experience from head to toe. I can’t wait to move with you!

  • Jan Emanian

    Pilates Teacher

I am living proof that it is never too late to get stronger. I began my teaching journey at 60 after Pilates helped me reclaim my life following a decade of injury recovery. I’ve made it my mission to create an inclusive space for everyone—men and women, beginners and seniors alike. I focus on functional movement that helps you stay vibrant and mobile at every stage of life. I look forward to seeing you in class and helping you discover what your body is truly capable of!

  • Cecie Salazar

    Pilates Teacher

With over eight years of professional experience and a lifelong obsession with the science of motion, I’m here to help you unlock your body’s true potential. As a Seasoned Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in the "tough stuff"—training elite athletes like climbers and triathletes, while providing expert, compassionate care for neurological conditions and physical restrictions. I don't just teach classes; I bridge the gap between high-performance training and preventative longevity. By blending extensive wellness modalities with a refined practitioner’s lens, I help you turn imbalances into breakthroughs. Whether you’re hitting a personal best or reclaiming your mobility, we’re going to move with purpose, power, and community.
